Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Peysu ("Peysu," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit peysu.co, join our waitlist, or use our SMS text-messaging service.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to operate the service:

  • Waitlist information. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.
  • Messaging information. If you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of the messages you exchange with Peysu, and a record of your consent (including the date and time you opted in).
  • Technical information. When you submit a form, we automatically record limited request metadata such as your browser user-agent string and the referring page, which we use to detect abuse and understand how people find us.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate, deliver, and maintain the Peysu service;
  • contact you about the waitlist and your access to the pilot;
  • send and respond to the text messages you request, and honor your STOP and HELP requests;
  • protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security risks;
  • comply with our legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

Peysu offers a two-way conversational text-messaging service. When you opt in, you exchange SMS text messages with the Peysu AI assistant: you text Peysu about call requests you submit, and Peysu texts you back with status updates. This section describes how we handle information related to that messaging program.

No sharing or selling of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator under any circumstances.

Opt-out. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any Peysu text. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@peysu.co.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Peysu. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers. We share information with subcontractors and service providers strictly to operate and support the service (for example, our SMS delivery provider, cloud hosting, and customer-support tooling). These providers may only process the information to provide services to Peysu, may not use it for their own marketing, and may not share it onward. As stated above, this sharing never includes selling or transferring your messaging opt-in consent.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Peysu, our users, or the public.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to operate the service and for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.

7. Your choices

  • Email. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out of the SMS program at any time.
  • Access and deletion. You can request access to, or deletion of, the information we hold about you by emailing us.

8. Children's privacy

Peysu is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
