Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern Peysu's SMS text-messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
Peysu operates a two-way, conversational text-messaging service. When you opt in by providing your mobile number and giving consent, you can text the Peysu AI assistant about call requests you submit, and the Peysu AI assistant will text you back with status updates about those requests. This is a transactional, conversational service — it is not a marketing program.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS-consent box on the opt-in form at peysu.co, and/or by texting Peysu after you have given consent. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of joining the Peysu waitlist, creating an account, or purchasing any product or service.
3. Message types
You will receive conversational replies and status updates from the Peysu AI assistant in response to the call requests and messages you send. You may also receive a confirmation message after you opt in, and customer-care responses to HELP requests.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with Peysu. Because the service is conversational, messages are generally sent in response to messages you send.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Peysu does not charge you for the text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
6. To opt out
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any Peysu message. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from the Program. To rejoin, opt in again.
7. For help
Reply HELP to any Peysu message for help, or contact us at hello@peysu.co. A HELP reply will include the program name and how to reach customer care.
8. Supported carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your mobile information and explains that we never share or sell your mobile opt-in data or messaging consent to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
